Your feedback will help us to deliver consistent and exceptional service. To give us your feedback you can: use our contact form to email your comments to us complete our ‘Did we meet your expectations?’ form, available on all wards and at reception. Your feedback All suggestions, comments, and compliments provided are formally recorded, collated, and discussed by hospital staff at their weekly continuous improvement meetings. Patient feedback is used to evaluate service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and help guide strategies and enhancements to health care. Bedside auditing In 2014 the hospital implemented bedside auditing. Patients are asked a variety of questions about aspects of their care and their responses are collated. This assists with monitoring and ensuring our processes are safe, compliant and meet patients’ needs. Patient satisfaction surveys In addition to patient feedback forms we also evaluate patient satisfaction using an ongoing survey process. Surveys are mailed to a random selection of patients each month.
