Andrew is a highly trained and qualified orthopaedic surgeon with particuler expertise in hip and knee surgery. He is actively involved in the teaching and training of medical students and overseas surgeons undertaking fellowships. He has been appointed Adjunct Lecturer by Monash University. Andrew’s main consulting rooms are located in East Melbourne, next to St Vincent’s Private Hospital East Melbourne. In addition, Andrew consults from Kew and Werribee. Sub-specialty interests include: Hip Arthroscopy for the therapeutic management of Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), cam and pincer lesions, labral and ligamentum teres tears, and other intra and extra-articular hip pathologies Anterior minimally invasive hip replacements (AMIS THR) Primary, complex and revision hip and knee replacements (THR, TKR) Unicompartmental knee replacements (UKR) Knee arthroscopy and arthroscopic knee ligament reconstructions (ACL) Andrew has professional asoociations with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), Australian Orthopaedic Association (ACA) and Australian Medical Association (AMA).
