Brian Loh spent his childhood in Kuala Lumpur and finished school in Melbourne, prior to commencing at the University of Melbourne. He entered Medicine, but also completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. After completing his medical degrees, Brian worked as a resident medical officer at Monash Health and in a number of country hospitals, including Traralgon and Mildura. Brian began his Orthopaedic Surgical training in 2010, completing it in 2015. After being accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthA), Brian completed a fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics through the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) Toronto, Canada, as well as a fellowship in Adult Hip surgery at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE), Scotland.
