If English is your second language or you have trouble understanding the information that is provided about your treatment and recovery, we can arrange for an interpreter to help you.
Our social workers are available to help patients and families with planning aged care planning, rehabilitation, aged care placement, community aged care packages, financial hardship and counselling.
The social worker and home health liaison work closely together to help you make the best possible decisions.
Our social worker is available three days a week. To find out more talk to the nurse unit manager of your ward.
